Well, just as quick as things turned for the best....they turned for the worst. Last Thursday we called it quits. I drove to Scarborough, (which is an hour away from me) with a friend of mine and had "the talk" with him. I can't even begin to explain what emotions I went through when I was there. I actually thought for a few minutes that we could still work it out...HA! Nah....he lies too much, and not only that, but for the benefit of his infidelity. Not good. But what's done is done. :roll:
We ended that night with a phone convo and at the end things got a lil sour, but we still decided to be "friends." I told him then and there that was cliche and that we should be straight with each other and say we're not going to be friends if that's the case. We agreed that we would be friends....ugh....we haven't really talked since, cept a few messeges on the ole messenger. Nothing to thought provoking, (which is good).
I'm moving on. It's a lil tough. At least I know that I was true and pure with him, and my love was real. It's not the greatest feeling to find out that when you give your all into a relationship and you're getting nothing in return because his energy is going somewhere else. *sighs* But what's important, is staying true to yourself and not letting people like that burn your energy.
Moral: Long-distance relationships won't work without both parties giving it there all. Relationships take work sometimes, and when it's a long-distance situation, make sure that's what the both of you want and work at it. It will work then with the proper type of communication.
It's funny how we could talk for hours and hours and still not communicate. Weird.

Whach'all doin this weekend for the long weekend?
I have my man coming for the entire weekend...tiz great...just had to share.... 8)
Things have been so great with us lately. It's amazing what a great indepth discussion of our feelings did for us. I have absoulutely no negative thoughts about what's happening with us ne more, and now that I know his stance on things and how much he loves me...all the better.

Well, I spent the entire night (literally) talking to my man until around 7:30am....wtf is that? LMAO.... :lol:
We had a great talk about life and what our wants and needs are. So, now it's time to see action and where our journey will take us. I love him to pieces, but I get frustrated when he doesn't really communicate with me....Love to talk....but communicating is different then just talking!
We shall see what happens...one can only hope for the best and if all else fails, live and learn.

Honestly, where do men get off thinking that women are always wrong and that we think too much with our emotions? Cmon ladies....u can vouch for me on this one, non? Once the lady wants to discuss something that bothers her, y does that man close up and divert topic to something else...or blame our emotions on our "time of the month" or that we must be tired?
WHAT? R u for real, buddy? Cmon!!!
Someone..plz tell me what does that mean? Does he not care? Is he dumb? Or does it mean that we, as females, express way too much emotion into everything? If it's either of them...this is not good, is it?
All I know is that I'm thinking that I'm being too reasonable about things that are evidently not good in our relationship and he thinks everything is completely fine....Who is thick here? I know it's not me...lol...

Well, so much for being in love....crappy.
Vat can u do? Somethime's things are just not meant to be and thére's nothing anyone can do to rectify that, but life goes on. Everything happens for a reason, I know....but sometimes things can be jaded and things are often clouded beyond control. Meh...again...leave it in the hands of fate and Karma...we shall see!

I'm in love over here and I dont know what to do with myself. I had one of our "long talks" until 8 this morning on the phone...and we've decided to move in together!

This is so kool...i can't even begin to tell you what i'm feeling here...giddy..giddy...like a lil school gurl....i love him...this is crazy...just when i didn't want anyone in my life that way, he shows up! I'm still in awe....what a truly beautiful man...how lucky am i? oh lemme tell ya...pretty damn lucky... :D
